What we collect

When you submit a form on this website we collect your name, mobile number, email address where given, and the vehicle details you provide. We also record which page the enquiry came from.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry: to value your vehicle, arrange a viewing, quote financing, or answer a question. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Consent

We ask for explicit consent on every form before you submit it, as required by Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. You may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing beepbeepcarpteltd@gmail.com. We will stop contacting you and delete your details unless we are required to retain them for a transaction already in progress.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as they are needed to deal with your enquiry and any transaction that follows it. Records relating to a completed sale are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax, LTA and warranty purposes. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.

Who can see it

Only BeepBeepCar staff handling your enquiry. Where you ask us to arrange financing or insurance, we share the minimum necessary details with the relevant bank or insurer, with your knowledge.

Where it is stored

Enquiry records are held in our website database, hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, and in our email system. Both are access-controlled.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to beepbeepcarpteltd@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. A single cookie is used to keep staff signed in to the admin area; it is never set for ordinary visitors.
